ONLINE PURCHASE

How to place an order?

Select the desired size of the product you wish to purchase and add to your cart. You can modify or validate your cart before processing payment. Once you have selected the item(s), complete your order by clicking “Checkout”. You can log in, register or continue as a guest. By creating an account you can easily access order details and save details for a smoother checkout. You’ll be asked to choose your payment method and enter your shipping details. Please ensure all information is correct before clicking “Buy”.

How will I know if you received an order?

After purchasing through Taller Marmo, you will receive an email confirming your order from customercare@tallermarmo.com. Once shipped, you will receive a second confirmation email with a tracking number enclosed.

How can I cancel my order?

Once your payment is processed and the confirmation email is sent, we regret to inform you that orders cannot be canceled; however, you can reach out to our dedicated customer care service at customercare@tallermarmo.com, and we will make every effort to assist you with your request.

How long will it take to get my orders?

We aim to dispatch within one working day of you placing your order and endeavour to ensure that your order is delivered to you promptly via DHL Express courier. EU deliveries can take 1-3 business days and International deliveries may take 2-5 business days. To find out more, head over to our Shipments & Returns page for further details.

What if an item I want is out of stock?

If you are interested in an item that this showing a "Sold Out" status, please select the "Notify Me When Available" button and provide your email address to receive a notification when this item comes back in stock.

SHIPPING

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can click on the tracking number on this e-mail to view your shipment's progress. You can also easily follow your order on its way to you by entering your tracking number on the shipping service website.

How can I collect my order?

All orders are shipped with DHL between 9 am – 6 pm on business days. If you are unavailable when your package arrives, the courier will make two further delivery attempts. You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when ordering.

How much duty and tax will I have to pay?

Deliveries are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) basis. Duties and taxes are always included in the final price. (Except for United Kingdom where the duties and taxes are not included)

How much do I pay for shipping?

The shipping fees vary based on your location: in the EU, the shipment is free, UK is £50, Australia is $100. To USA, select Middle East territories (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates), Canada, and India, for orders over $900 the shipment is free, for orders under $900 the shipment is $50. Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska, the shipping fee is 120$.

Which payment methods does Taller Marmo accept?

Taller Marmo accepts a variety of payment methods through our payment provider, Shop Pay. You can make your purchase using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, as well as convenient digital wallets like Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

When will I be charged?

You will be charged based on your bank's conditions, and the payment will be automatically processed by Taller Marmo once the checkout process is complete.

RETURN

What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your item(s), you have 14 days upon delivery to return them for a refund. Items received outside of this period will not be refunded and will be returned to the customer. All products must be returned in a new and unused condition with all tags and labels attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled, or returned without labels will be refused and returned to the customer. According to the country of origin, an amount will be deducted from the refund for each return. Please head over to Shipments & Returns to find details.

How can I return an item(s)?

Inside your package you will find a detailed return instructions to guide you through the process. Please contact our customer care team to register your return and receive an attachable DHL return label.

When can I expect my refund from an online order?

Once the item(s) have been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of purchase payment within 14 working days. Confirmation will be issued via email.

How do I exchange an item?

To change one or more items in your order, please contact our customer care team by sending an email to customercare@tallermarmo.com, specifying your order number and the product(s) you wish to change, as well as the items you would like in exchange. As soon as the purchased item is back in our warehouse, we will send the selected exchange.

How can I clean the garments?

Dry clean only, please follow instructions on care tag inside of piece. Do not use rub water to remove stains, always seek help from professional dry cleaner. Steam pieces to remove creases, unless stated otherwise.

Which size should I choose?
