These Terms and Conditions govern the use of www.tallermarmo.com and any other related agreement or legal relationship with the Owner in a legally binding manner. Capitalized words are defined in the relevant dedicated section of this document.

Prior to completing a remote purchase, it is essential that the Customer thoroughly reviews these Terms. Placing a purchase order through the www.tallermarmo.com site implies total and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and the payment terms described below. Any deviations from these general conditions will only be valid if agreed upon in writing between the parties. These Terms are applicable as long as they are published on the www.tallermarmo.com website, and any changes will take effect on the day of their publication.

3. Product Information
Information about Taller Marmo products available for remote sales on www.tallermarmo.com complies with applicable laws, including Articles 49 and 51 of the Consumer Code.
4. Product Orders and Contract Formation
The presentation of products on the website serves as an invitation to make an offer. Customers can place orders through the www.tallermarmo.com website by selecting a product and following the provided instructions. The order becomes a contractual purchase proposal when it is submitted. Upon receiving the order, Taller Marmo will send an email confirming receipt of the order, but this does not constitute acceptance of the Customer's purchase proposal. The sales agreement will only be concluded upon sending a separate email accepting the purchase proposal and/or dispatch confirmation of the ordered products.
Taller Marmo reserves the right to reject orders for reasons including incorrect customer information, non-compliance with these Terms, product unavailability, insufficient solvency guarantees, and force majeure. If an order cannot be accepted, Taller Marmo will communicate this within 10 days of receipt of the order and initiate a refund.
5. Product Price
Product prices on the website are listed per item and are expressed in euros, including VAT for sales in European Union countries, in British pounds for sales in the United Kingdom, and in United States dollars for sales in the United States and in the Middle East territories (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates). Taller Marmo will take care of all taxes, duties and charges.
6. Payment Conditions
Customers can pay using credit cards or PayPal. The total order amount is charged to the Customer’s credit card or PayPal account upon order submission. Payments are processed online by the respective payment service providers. Customers must confirm and provide the necessary payment information as instructed during the checkout process.
Before making a purchase, Customers can choose from the following delivery methods:
7.1 Delivery to the Customer's Address
Products are delivered exclusively to European, United States, United Kingdom, and Middle East territories (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates) at the address provided by the Customer. Taller Marmo commits to delivering products within 30 days from the order date. Delivery attempts will be coordinated with the recipient, and if unsuccessful, further attempts will be made. Non-collected products will be returned to the warehouse, and the Customer will be contacted to arrange a new shipment or refund.
In the event of delivery delays beyond communicated timelines and untrackable shipments, the Customer should notify Taller Marmo through the "Assistance" page within the Customer Service area of the www.tallermarmo.com site.
8. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are specified for different markets and regions:
- For the European market, the shipping cost is free.
- For the United States and the Middle East territories (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates), the shipping cost is $50.
- For the United Kingdom, the shipping cost is £25.
- For Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska, the shipping cost is $120.
8.1 Duties and Taxes
Duties and taxes are included in the final product price; no additional fees are required upon delivery.
8.2 Shipping Time
Shipping times may vary based on location and the specific product ordered. Estimated shipping times are provided during checkout.
8.3 Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery addresses to avoid delays or additional shipping costs.
8.4 Delivery Methods
DHL is the primary shipping carrier for product deliveries.
Please note that these Shipping Cost Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice, and it's the Customer's responsibility to review them before making a purchase.
9. Right to Rescission
Customers have the right to rescind a purchase within 14 days of receiving the products, as provided by Article 52 of the Consumer Code. To exercise this right, Customers should send an email to Taller Marmo's Assistance page. Returned products must be in their original condition, and return costs will be covered by Taller Marmo. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned products.
Customers can return products using either the Taller Marmo returns procedure with DHL or a carrier of their choice. The direct return costs will be the Customer's responsibility.
10.3 Conditions of Integrity for the Return
Customers are responsible for returning products in their original condition, with all labels, tags, and warranty seals intact. Any damage, alteration, or non-compliance with due diligence may result in deductions from the refund.
10.4 Incorrect, Damaged, or Different Products
In the event of receiving a product other than the one ordered or a damaged product, Customers can return the product within the rescission period.
Products cannot be exchanged for different sizes or colors. Customers should follow the return procedures and place new orders if needed.
11. Compliance – Warranty
Purchased products are covered by the legal guarantee outlined in Articles 129 and following of the Consumer Code. Any complaints related to product conformity must be promptly communicated to Taller Marmo.
